Vipassana, which means “to see things as they really are”, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation.
It was originally taught, by the Buddha Siddharta Gotama, in India circa 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for all suffering.
Its full practice constitutes an Art of Living, leading to inner peace and harmony, goodwill towards and compassion for all of Life.
