The format is individual attendance for one-to-one tuition.
We will start where we are in the moment and work together employing rational process held firm by ancient tradition.

At each session, which are usually about one month to six weeks apart, we discuss how it’s going, where you are at, where you want to go in your practice and how best to move in that direction.

You will receive a simple diagramatic sheet detailing a practice tailored to your specific intentions, circumstances and needs.
You take this sheet home to use as a reference for your daily practice.
This is updated at each session.

This can include any or all of the main means of traditional Yoga - principally: bodywork, breath and meditation.
Additionally possible is exploration of the foundational benefits of morality, personal care, devotion, chanting, and the study of the sacred texts, and etc.
Yoga is a large toolbox with an extensive choice of tools for possible use.

Yoga is a long game.
Yet success is guaranteed, and close, for those who are dedicated and commit.

Classical Yoga and Modern Life

All authentic modern yoga practice, and indeed many other systems of spirituality, recognise and acknowledge the work of PataƱjali for the critical influence it has had, and continues to have, in the world of Yoga, spiritual work and philosophy.

It describes the eternal human condition, as relevent now as then, and gives us functional tools to achieve freedom from our myriad miseries.
